The last several weeks have been pretty intense on the recruiting front. We set an aggressive hiring goal to reach by the end of the month. Often times as a recruiter you need to think outside the box in order to find exceptional talent, but other times you just need to buckle down and grind it out. Sourcing parties aren’t for the faint of heart. Here’s how it works; you lock yourself in a room with your colleagues and reach out to as many qualified candidates as you can until you’ve exhausted all your resources, all while sipping on adult beverages and listening to a variety of music.
