    I just stumbled on this blog post by Jack Dorsey (I know I’m late to the party) and found it rather thought provoking. It’s definitely worth a read and certainly applicable to the recruiting industry as well. Is the word “candidate” and “customer” synonymous for your organization’s recruiting function?
